The session involves lying down comfortably while Tianne plays crystal bowls and other sound instruments. The vibrations and frequencies from the instruments promote deep relaxation and healing, help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a deep sense of peace.

In a one-hour sound healing session, you can expect the following:

Rest Comfortably

You are invited to lie down or sit in a comfortable position. Blankets, pillows, and eye masks are provided to enhance comfort and deepen relaxation.

Immersion in Sound

Tianne plays crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes, creating vibrations that promote relaxation and healing. The sounds envelop you, providing a fully immersive experience.

Relaxation & Healing

In a meditative state, the vibrations ease tension, calm your nervous system, and aid in emotional and physical healing. You may experience deep relaxation, energy shifts, or increased awareness.

Closing & Grounding

Toward the end of the session, the sounds gradually soften, allowing you to come back to the present moment. Tianne will guide a period of silence for integration, and reflection.

Tianne is a certified Yoga Therapist with training in trauma-informed systems and over 20 years of experience. Her extensive experience, specialized training, and compassionate care make her a valuable resource for individuals on their wellness journey, particularly those looking for a supportive and trauma-informed approach to yoga therapy.
