Tianne Allan
Tianne’s journey began in the world of competitive sports, where she excelled as both an athlete and coach for over 20 years. However, a serious injury, she turned to yoga for rehabilitation. This not only healed her body but provided a profound inner journey, offering peace amidst trauma. This experience was so transformative, it led Tianne to devote herself to teaching yoga.
Specializing in restorative yoga and therapeutics, Tianne holds several certifications, including:

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Level II, is open to anyone wanting to understand and incorporate therapeutic restorative practices into their work and/or personal lives including yoga students, physical therapists, nurses, and health professionals in the field of body-mind medicine and psychology.
Restorative Yoga Level 1 teacher training certification is a prerequisite for this program.
Graduates will receive a Restorative Therapeutics Yoga Teacher Training certification and continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance.
