What to Have on Hand

  • A comfortable space where you can sit or lie down, (your bed is perfect!).
  • 2 pillows and 2 blankets for added comfort and relaxation.
  • An eye covering, (a small towel will work).
  • A glass of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated.
  • A small journal and pen/pencil to make notes.
  • An open mind and a willingness to relax and recharge.
